I just got the help desk portal up and running. But I am having an issue with unlocking accounts in the web ui. I am unable to view all users in AD I can only view 3-4 users. I am have no issues with resetting passwords or disenrolling users. Any idea why this is happening?

Hello,

When you use the Unlock Account home page action, only locked out user accounts are displayed.

I have an issue we don't fully understand. We are running Adaxes v2018.2. Last night I logged in to unlock a user account. Under the "User Management" section I clicked " ... been made to any of our accounts. Any suggestions as to where to look next? Thanks.

We just updated this weekend to 2017.2 and wanted to know if there is a why to setup the option to have a locked user text to unlock their account. Maybe using their employeeID or something similar as an identifiable attribute. Please advise.
