Resetting a Computer Account

To reset a computer account:

Using Adaxes Administration Console

  1. Launch the Adaxes Administration Console.

  2. In the Console Tree, expand the service node, where the computer you need is located (the icon represents service nodes).

  3. Expand Active Directory / <domain>.

  4. Right-click the computer your need, point to All Tasks, and select Reset Account from the context menu.

Using Adaxes Web Interface

  1. Log in to the Adaxes Web Interface.

  2. Click the Browsing tab in the top navigation menu.

  3. Click the domain that contains the computer account you want to reset, and then select this computer.

    -or-

    Click Browse above the list of managed domains, select the container where the computer you need is located, and then click this computer in the list displayed.

  4. Click Reset Account in the header panel command menu.

    If this link is not displayed, you do not have permissions to reset this computer account.
