To add or remove an object from a group:
Using Adaxes Administration ConsoleLaunch the Adaxes Administration Console.
In the Console Tree, expand the service node that contains the object, membership of which you want to modify (the
icon represents service nodes).
Expand
Active Directory /
<domain>.
Right-click the object you need and click Properties in the context menu.
Select the Member of tab. If this tab is not present, the selected object cannot be a group member.

To view groups for which the selected object is an indirect member, check Show indirect membership. |
To add the object to a group, click Add, select one or more groups, and click OK.
To remove the object from a group, select the group from which you want to remove the object and click Remove.

You can remove the object only from the groups, for which the selected object is a direct member. |
When finished, click OK.

| You can also add several users, InetOrgPersons or contacts to several groups at once. To do so, select the objects you need, right-click these objects, and select Add to Group in the context menu. Then select the groups to which you want to add the selected objects, and click OK. |
Using Adaxes Web InterfaceLog in to the Adaxes Web Interface.
Click the Browsing tab in the top navigational menu.
Click the domain that contains the object, membership of which you want to modify, and then select this object.

Click Browse above the list of managed domains, select the container in which the object you need is located, and then click this object in the list displayed.
At the page that opens, the Member of section displays the groups the selected object belongs to.

If the page does not contain the Member of section, the selected object cannot be a group member. |
To add this object to a group:
Click the Add button below the Member of section.
At the page that opens, click the groups you want to add the object to and click OK.
To remove the object from a group:
In the Member of section, check the groups, from which you want to remove the object.
Click the Remove button.

To view groups for which the selected object is an indirect member, check Show indirect membership. However, you cannot modify the indirect membership of the object. |
