To modify a Property Pattern activity scope:
Launch the Adaxes Administration Console.
In the Console Tree, expand the service node, in which you want to modify an activity scope for a Property Pattern (the
icon represents service nodes).
Expand
Configuration /
Property Patterns.
Select the Property Pattern, the activity scope of which you want to modify.
To add an object to the Property Pattern activity scope, do the following:
Click Add above the Activity Scope list.
-or-
Select Add... from the Activity Scope list context menu.
In the Property Pattern Activity Scope dialog box that opens, specify the objects this Property Pattern will affect.

You can also exclude certain objects from the activity scope. To do so, select the object you want to exclude, click Add, then check Exclude the selection in the Assignment Options dialog box. |

To find a specific object, you can type its name or several starting characters of it in the edit box, located right above the search results list. |

To search in a certain managed domain, or specify a Business Unit as an Activity Scope item, select the corresponding object in the Look in combo-box. |

If the object types you need are not displayed, click Object Types below the search results list, and check the object types to search for. |
Select the required object and click Add.
Define the Assignment Options, and click OK two times.
To edit an activity scope item, do the following:
In the Activity Scope list, right-click the item you want to edit.
Select Edit... from the context menu.
Define the Assignment Options in the dialog box that opens.

You can also exclude the selected item from the activity scope. To do so, check Exclude the selection box. |
Click OK.
To delete an activity scope item, right-click it and click Delete in the context menu.
When finished, click Save changes below the Activity Scope list.
