The Basket is helpful when you need to work with objects located in different subtrees of several Active Directory domains. You can add objects to the Basket to manage them collectively.
To add objects to the Basket:
Select objects you want to add to the Basket.
Click the
Add to Basket button in the context menu or drag them to the Basket.
To locate an object in the Console Tree:
Select an object in the Basket you'd like to locate in the Console Tree.
Click the
Locate in Tree button on the Basket toolbar or select the same command from the context menu, or double-click it.
To add or modify properties of AD objects in the Basket collectively:
Select the AD objects you need to modify in the Basket.
Right-click and click
Add/Modify Property... in the context menu.

To remove objects from the Basket:
Select objects in the Basket you'd like to remove.
Click the
Remove from Basket button on the Basket toolbar or select the same command from the context menu.
To remove all objects from the Basket:
Click the
Clear All button on the Basket toolbar or select the same command from the context menu.
To keep objects in the Basket after application restarts:
Toggle the
Keep Contents button on the Basket toolbar or select the same command from the context menu.
