Softerra Adaxes is licensed in packages based on the number of enabled and not expired user accounts in your AD domain(s). Here is the tip on how to check the number of user accounts in your Active Directory for licensing purposes and how to disable unnecessary ones.

Upgrade Pricing
The upgrade to a new major version requires an upgrade fee. Owners of Annual Maintenance and Support (AMS) receive major upgrades at no additional cost during the term of their AMS coverage.

Besides, all Softerra Adaxes users may upgrade their existing license to a larger number of user accounts. The cost of the upgrade will be calculated as a price difference between the package they currently own and the one they'd like to upgrade to. You are welcome to contact our Sales Department to obtain a quotation for your license upgrade. Please do not forget to indicate your Softerra Adaxes license ID.
