Softerra is establishing a global distribution and reseller network. We are actively looking for resellers and distributors to refer to worldwide. Authorized Softerra Resellers are entitled up to a 15% discount on Softerra's products without any restrictions on a further retail price.

Why become a reseller

Apart from guaranteeing very attractive discounts, we encourage our resellers to bundle the Softerra-made products with value-added services to best fit the consumer demand and to increase their package worth. Aggressive solution providers or resellers are sure to significantly extend their revenue potential, selling our product directly or supplementing their own software with Adaxes to emerge with a more accomplished solution.

Terms

We have designed the Reseller program to encourage easy participation and incremental sales. Our goals are to assist you in generating additional revenue through our product co-marketing within your customer environment. By joining our reseller program, you agree to be legally bound by the following conditions:

We do not pay resellers who use spam, telemarketing, junk mail, or unsolicited faxes.
We do not pay resellers who misrepresent the software.
We reserve the right to cancel a reseller's membership for any legitimate reason at our sole discretion.
Resellers shall list Softerra Adaxes in their online catalogue (if any).
