What payment and ordering methods do you accept?
Purchase Orders (PO): Softerra accepts Purchase Orders issued by corporate customers, educational institutions and government agencies
Please send your order on your company's letterhead by email or fax to our Sales Department and include the following information for us to process your order as soon as possible:
- Purchase Order number
- Your company's billing address
- Product name and the quantity you wish to order
- License holder's name, company and email address
- Buyer's name, telephone/fax number, and email address
- Authorized signature
If you include all of the required information, your order will be processed within 24 hours (Monday-Friday).
Softerra Adaxes is electronically delivered software (EDS). Please make sure you have specified the correct shipping method and a valid email address on your PO.
Wire transfers and checks: We also accept international wire transfers and checks as a valid form of payment.
Contact Softerra Sales Department with the following information to obtain a pro forma invoice:
- Your company's billing address
- Product name and the quantity you wish to order
- End User's information (name, company, email)
- E-mail address, to which you would like us to send the pro forma invoice
Arrange the bank transfer and make sure that the total dollar amount corresponds to the pro forma invoice issued.
The check must be payable to Softsource4u, LLC, and should include the number of your invoice. Please mail your check to:

The license key(s) will be generated and sent to you as soon as the funds are credited to our bank account.
Credit Card Online: 2Checkout.com, our authorized retailer, accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club, and JCB. All derivatives of these brands are also supported. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via the secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.
What discounts are available?
Softerra offers discounts to local, state, and federal government employees and agencies. Most faculty members and staff at K-12 schools, colleges, and universities are eligible for educational discounts. We also offer discounts based on the total number of users for your Softerra Adaxes License.

How can I obtain a written quote or a pro forma invoice?
Please contact Softerra Sales Department with the following information and we will provide you with the written quote or the pro forma invoice within 24 hours:
- Your company's billing address
- Product name and the quantity you wish to order
- End User's information (name, company, email)
- E-mail address, to which you would like us to send the pro forma invoice

What should I know about pricing and taxes?
Softerra Adaxes is electronically delivered software (EDS). Please do not include any Sales tax as part of your order, since NO media is provided.
Why are you not accepting my credit card?
There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card may have expired or reached its limit or a credit card computer, either on our end or your bank's end, may have encountered a machine error.
If your credit card cannot be verified, is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically.
If you do have problems, you can contact us with any error message you may have received.
How will the charge show up on my credit card?
The charge will appear on your credit card as: "2CO * Softerra".
What address should I enter in the billing information screen?
For credit card verification, you must enter the address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
Can you send me an invoice?
Yes, if you didn't choose the appropriate option at 2Checkout.com and want to receive a Sales receipt for your purchase, please contact Softerra Sales Department with the information that helps us to identify your order (e.g. 2Checkout.com order ID, Purchase Order number, company name etc.)
Preparation of the Sales receipt may take up to 2 business days.
How my license will be shipped? And how much the shipping will cost?
Adaxes is an electronically delivered software (EDS) and will be shipped via email at no cost.
To ensure the timely delivery, make sure you have enetered the correct terms of shipment and specified a valid "ship to" e-mail address when issuing your PO or placing an order online.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Purchase Orders: If you choose to send us a Purchase Order, you will receive the license key(s) within 24-48 hours after Purchase Order is received.
Wire transfer: : If you paid by check or wire transfer, you will get the license key(s) as soon as we receive your check clearance or the funds are credited to our bank account.
Online Orders: Softerra processes and ships online orders within 24-48 hours (Mon-Fri) after you have placed the order. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be shipped the next business day. If you have not received your product after two days, please contact us with the information that helps us to identify your order (e.g. 2Checkout.com order ID, Purchase Order number, company name etc.).
Why do I have to wait for 24-48 hours? Why don't you send out license keys immediately?
Because of online commerce security risks, each order should be reviewed manually to protect legitimate credit card holders from fraud and us from charge backs. Unfortunately, any automatic fraud detection system cannot detect 100% of fraudulent orders, that's why every order has to be checked manually.
48 hours is the maximum time. Normally, Softerra sends out the license keys much faster.
Ok, 48 hours have passed, but I haven't received my delivery email.
If you didn't receive the delivery email after 48 hours, please contact us with the information that helps us to identify your order (e.g. 2Checkout.com order ID, Purchase Order number, company name etc.) and we will resend the license keys.
How can I download license key(s) if my link has expired?
Your download link expires after 7 days. To obtain a new download link, please contact Softerra Sales Department with the information that helps us to identify your order (e.g. 2Checkout.com order ID, Purchase Order number, company name etc.).
