What is Upgrade Protection?

Softerra is continually delivering new versions of its Softerra Adaxes. Our latest 2010.2 release is issued, and more are planned for the coming months. New versions are developed when there is a set of new features and enhancements to offer based on customer feedback and suggestions. The Upgrade Protection policy makes it easier for you to acquire and deploy the latest software releases. Upgrade Protection grants you the right to receive the latest updates, minor and major releases free of charge during the period Protection is purchased for.

Save your time and money

Upgrade Protection entitles you to receiving new Softerra Adaxes versions that are released during the term of your Upgrade Protection coverage at no additional cost. Upgrade Protection greatly saves your time since you no longer need to go through the procurement procedure every time new Softerra Adaxes version is issued. Please refer to the table below to review the cost of Annual Upgrade Protection for each type of license.

License is issued for the number of enabled user accounts in Active Directory domain(s).

Term

Upgrade Protection is valid for one calendar year (365 days) from the date of purchase.

If you purchase Upgrade Protection within 21 days after:
  - your purchase of the current Softerra Adaxes version
  OR
  - your previous Upgrade Protection termination,
your license is automatically upgraded to the latest Softerra Adaxes version (if any) FREE OF CHARGE.
