Active Directory Management via Adaxes Administration Console
Adaxes Administration Console is a desktop application for Active Directory management designed for the use by Active Directory administrators. The Administration Console allows working with AD in an easy-to-use manner typical for Windows-based applications. The Administration Console lets you benefit from a wide variety of features, like drag-n-drop operations, clipboard support, user-friendly interface for bulk operations on AD objects, directory search, group membership management, browsing Active Directory, and much more.
Active Directory Management via Web Interface
Also, Adaxes includes a Web Interface for Active Directory management that enables users with sufficient permissions to perform Active Directory tasks via a standard web browser. Regular users can use the Web interface for self-service user account management, Help Desk technicians can perform basic administrative tasks, such as resetting user passwords, unlocking, enabling or disabling user accounts, Active Directory administrators and users with appropriate permissions can use the Web Interface to perform comprehensive Active Directory management, analysis and monitoring.
Active Directory Management using PowerShell
Adaxes includes a PowerShell module for Active Directory management that is designed to help administrators automate routine operations in Active Directory and perform AD bulk management tasks from the command line. Among PowerShell cmdlets for Active Directory management, the module includes a PowerShell provider that enables you to navigate and update Active Directory using common directory navigation commands, like cd, dir, del, move. The cmdlets provided by Softerra Adaxes are similar to those included in the Microsoft PowerShell Active Directory module for Windows Server 2008 R2. However, when the PowerShell cmdlets are used together with Adaxes service, you get benefits from Adaxes features like cross-domain management, rule-based automation, approval-based workflow, logging, etc.
To get a list of all cmdlets contained in the Adaxes PowerShell module, you can use the Get-Command –module adaxes command. To learn about what each cmdlet does, use the built-in PowerShell help documentation via the Get-Help command, for example: Get-Help Get-AdmUser -Full.

With the help of Business Rules, it is possible to automate routine Active Directory management tasks and facilitate the user provisioning and deprovisioning processes, making Active Directory administration even more streamlined and secure.
