When attempting to assign licenses during the "after creating a user" rule we're reciving the following error. Failed to create a remote mailbox for the user. The address '@contoso.mail.onmicrosoft.com' is invalid: "@contoso.mail.onmicrosoft.com" isn't a valid SMTP address. The domain name can't contain spaces and it has to have a prefix and a suffix, such as example.com.

We have default rules to set the users mail attribute to the proper format that isn't the onmicrosoft.com domain as well.

Hello,

For troubleshooting purposes, please, provide us with a screenshot of your current settings for enabling remote mailboxes. To check the settings, use the script from section View current settings of the following help article: https://www.adaxes.com/help/EnablingDisablingRemoteMailboxes/#view-current-settings. Please, post here or send us (support@adaxes.com) a screenshot of the script output.
