To upgrade to a new version of Adaxes and keep all configuration settings made in the old version, you need to back up the configuration of your Adaxes service and Web Interface before upgrading. After that, you can reinstall Adaxes and restore the configuration from the backup files.

This can be setup using the HTTP Redirect option in IIS: On the computer where Adaxes Web Interface is installed, launch Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager. In the Connections ... (301). In the Actions pane on the right, click Apply. Restart IIS.
