We have a Hybrid enviroment where our On-Prem AD is leading. We also have cloud only groups.

Now I need to give key users rights to manage the memebership of the cloud only groups. They will need to add On-prem users to the cloud groups.

The "Managed By" has been set and the key users edit the group from "My Managed Objects", they cannot select the On-Prem domain. The option is greyed out.

Am I missing something?

Hello,

Sorry for the confusion, but we are not sure what exactly you mean. Please, describe the issue and the desired behavior in all the possible details with live examples and screenshots. If you face any errors/warnings, please, also provide screenshots. You can post the screenshots here or send to us at support@adaxes.com.

For clarity this is in the "Self service" part of Adaxes. In the helpdesk part we can select the local domain, but in selfservice the option is greyed out

Hello,

Thank you for clarifying. The behavior is expected in the Self Service Web interface as by default browsing is disabled in it. To remedy the issue, you need to enable the component. The following tutorial will be helpful: https://www.adaxes.com/help/DisableWebInterfaceComponents/#browsing.

I'm trying to automate adding users who are enrolled in MFA to an AD group. The scripts I found elsewhere here that do not work so I believe they may have been written against a prior Adaxes version or referencing a report that does not meet our needs.

Is it possible to script having users added (or removed) from a Security Group based on another AD Attribute? I have found ways to do this in Powershell (something like): ... just utilize the PS script and just run it through Adaxes on a timed fashion? Thanks!

Hello, The report named Inactive users allowed to log in shows the Active Directory sign-in (Last-Logon-Timestamp) and Azure AD sign-in (Last Logon) but only for Active Directory ... updated by an Azure logic App. But we'd love to have this natively in Adaxes.

I'm sure I'm missing something simple. We sync on-prem accounts to the cloud using ADConnect / so Adaxes sees two accounts for all synced users. Is there a way to only see on ... 2 of every person. How can I limit this to either on-prem or Azure AD Thanks!
