To view the statistics of Password Self-Service enrollment, self-password resets and user blocking:
Launch the Adaxes Administration Console.
In the Console Tree, expand your service node (the
icon represents service nodes).
Expand
Configuration /
Password Self-Service and click
Statistics.
The statistics report will be displayed in the Result Pane. In the right upper corner, you can see when the displayed report was generated.
To refresh the report, click
.
Enrollment tab - displays information on user enrollment in Password Self-Service.
Use Enrolled and Not enrolled check boxes to include or exclude enrolled and not enrolled users from the list below. Use the Enrolled under not currently effective policy check box to view the users, who are enrolled in a policy that is not effective for them at the moment.
Password Resets tab - displays all attempts of users to self-reset their passwords. This information allows you to track suspicious self-reset attempts from the same host and detect too severe policies that produce many failed attempts.
Use Successful and Failed check boxes to include or exclude users, whose password reset attempt succeeded or failed.
Blocked Users tab - displays all users currently blocked for Password Self-Service. To unblock users, right-click them, and select Unblock.

| To find the data you need, use filtering combo-boxes on each tab. For example, if you are looking for John Doe, type Doe in the User combo-box, and all users, whose name contains 'Doe', will be displayed. |
