I would like to restrict users from my Adaxes instance so I fall below the number I am licensed for. I have been over for long enough that everything is locked out. How can I get in to restrict the users/domains when everything is lock out form the license violation? The restrict link is just grayed out in the server properties, and I also can't get to the active directories to remove them.

Hello,

Restart the Softerra Adaxes Service. After the service is restarted, you'll have around 5 minutes to add unmanaged user accounts until the service calculates the number of managed users again.
