Hi,

I am trying to create a mailbox during a business rule and setting the usageLocation of user to "UK".

However this is failing .... image.png

If I try to edit user via Adaxes and set "UK" or "United Kingdom" operation is failing as well. Setting value to "DE" is working well.

Based on my research usageLocation is using the 2-letter-ISO code

Valid values for “msExchUsageLocation” appear to be the same as those for the “Country” field (attribute name = “c”); basically it’s the 2-letter ISO code for the country.

Is this a known error?

We are running on version 3.16.21515.0 (64 bit)

Hello,

The behavior is expected. The thing is that the AD property Country and Microsoft 365 location work differently in this case. UK will work fine for the Country. However, in the Active or modify Microsoft 365 account action the value will be invalid. You need to us GB instead.
