We have implemented Adaxes for our on-boarding process to allow Human Resources for both our Sweden & United States branch offices to create new hires and have multiple steps for approval. To not only have the account provisioned but notify and gain approval from other department heads for access to company resources. Our second largest reason for submitted Help Desk tickets has been password resets for users. After implementing the self-service portal for users to unlock and reset their passwords by answering security questions we have already cut down on those tickets by 30% weekly.
Having Adaxes automate approval steps has already saved us countless hours in creating multiple helpdesk tickets and assigning them to department heads waiting for approval. Instead, after the approval step, the tasks have been automated with either Active Directory Group Membership assignment or custom powershell scripts that complete the task automatically after approval.
