Prior to Adaxes, we incorporated a series of "home grown" web tools and scripts along with the built in Microsoft management tools for management and user provisioning. While some of the tasks were automated, manual data entry was still required as certain attributes were retrieved from other in house systems. We needed a product at will provide a centralized Active Directory management platform with workflow and automation to help us streamline provisioning and de-provisioning of user accounts.


Once Adaxes was installed and configured, we were able to completely revamp and automate the new user provisioning and de-provisioning process. As an added bonus, the password reset UI allowed us to immediately reduce our monthly ticket count by 10%.


Adaxes allowed us to reduce the turn around time on new user accounts from 1-2 business days to seconds. Creating customized business rules took minutes to create and delegating roles was just as easy.
