Hi,
I'm very new to Adaxes and still getting to grips with it. Is there any way to search or filter within the web interface, users that have an Exchange Online shared mailbox?
Thanks
Hello,
Unfortunately, there is no such possibility using search filters. As an option, you can create a report that will include all the users with shared mailboxes in Exchange Online. For information on how to create reports, have a look at the following tutorial: https://www.adaxes.com/tutorials_ActiveDirectoryManagement_CreateReport.htm. If you have issues creating the report, we will provide you with detailed instructions.
Hey Guys We have some issues with new meeting rooms that we have created. Previously we used to have on-premise exchange but switched to office365. Before doing ... OU but the interface are different. under exchange properties they are different aswell.
The built in functionality to convert exchange online mailboxes to shared does not work for users that are synced from our local AD via Azure AD connect. How can we over ... account to in cloud from synced with AD all our issues with this would be resolved.
I'm attaching below a snippet from a scheduled task. It's a function that receives as a parameter the employeeID, which is then used in the search filter. ... { $userInfo."$propertyName" = $searchResult.Properties[$propertyName].Value } } return $userInfo }
I have an export that will run as a monthly scheduled task that will write output to a CSV to contain employees that have been ... ([datetime]terminationDate>=$lastMonth))" $properties = $eachFieldIn $userSearcher.SetPropertiesToLoad($properties)
