We have two feilds, BirthDate and HireDate and we want to add new hires to a group if the differance is less than 40 years. Is there a scrip already that would do this?

There is no need to use scripts. It can be done using the If condition as below, where CustomAttributeDate1 stands for the birth date and CustomAttributeDate2 stands for the hire date:

When setting up a rule based group, GMSA objects are not visible. Is there a setting or view I need to add to make these availabe to rule based groups, or is it simply not an option?
