Hello,

For troubleshooting purposes, please, specify what steps you take before the issue occurs. Please, post here or send us (support[at]adaxes.com) a screenshot of each step.

Also, please, send us a copy of the Adaxes Event Log. For information on how to view the log, have a look at the following help article: http://www.adaxes.com/help/?ServiceAdministration.ServiceEventLog.html.

I was able to resolve the issue. I had to remove all the locations governed from a specific role and add them back. Tnere was an error about duplicate entries that gave me the clue.

Hello,

Thank you for the confirmation, it is much appreciated. Also, duplicate assignments can be present in Security Roles if they are added via a script. For information on how to assign Security Roles correctly, have a look at the following script from our repository: https://www.adaxes.com/script-repository/assign-security-role-s258.htm.
