Is it possible to trigger an action 'after removing a member from a group' unless that member is a member of another group?

For example I have two security groups: 'DS Senders' and 'DS Viewers'.

I want to run a powershell script when an indirect member get's removed from 'DS Senders' but not if they are a member of 'DS Viewers', and vice versa.

Hello,

when an indirect member get's removed from 'DS Senders'

What exactly do you mean by indirect member? Is it a member of a group nested in the DS Senders one?

and vice versa

What exactly do you mean? Could you, please, describe entire the desired workflow in all the possible details with live examples?
