Hi,
I have a need to run a report on users who haven't logged on in over 90 days. I found your Inactive Users report in the Web Interface, which does exactly what I need, but I haven't been able to figure out how to build a Scheduled Task to make that report run on a regular basis. I then need to take those users and do some tasks on them (disable and move to another OU). Is there a way to do this?

Thanks!

Hello,

Currently, it is possible to schedule reports only using PowerShell scripts. In the next major version, we are going to add the possibility to schedule reports using UI.

For an example of a PowerShell script that builds a report and emails it to a certain recipient, see Example 4 under Script Examples. To Schedule such a script, you can use a Scheduled Task that executes the Run a program or PowerShell script action.

Thanks for the info. I've been able to create the scheduled task as you indicated below.

Is there any word on when the next major version will be available with this feature?

Thanks!

Using this built in function: There is no option to change the domain on the user account, however this is not the domain we use for UPN. However after creating a user, you can change it but trying to avoid going back into the object.
