When a user is blocked in Password Reset is there a way to manually unblock that user? Is there a report of blocked users?

You can use the Blocked users report in password self-service Statistics. The report is only available in Adaxes Administration console. To unblock a user for password self-service, right-click them in the report and then click Unblock.
How do I change this policy as well as the information on the self-service password reset webpage from 30 days to 10 days?

Where are the result options located for Reports? I have several admins that do a All Users report search then click on the User Name, from the Menu on the left ... the user does not have the option to select these options. Standard Password Configuration:
is it possible to allow a user to enroll for both options, or even only one option out of the two available? I would like to give my users the choice to use either. Some users may not want an authenticator, but other's might do.
