Is it possible to give users in the Self Service Portal the opportunity to edit the permissions of their Office 365 mailbox?

The user should be able to see who has the rights "send as", "send on behalf of" and "read and manage" on his mailbox. It should also be possible for the user to remove the assigned users in the three authorizations or to add new ones.

How can this be implemented or activated?

Thanks very much!

Hello,

Yes, it is possible. First of all, you need to configure the Web interface forms accordingly. For details, have a look at the following tutorial: https://www.adaxes.com/help/CustomizeFormsForUserCreationAndEditing. Also, you will need to grant users corresponding permissions so that they are able to perform exchange tasks over their own accounts. For example, you can add the permissions to a built-in security role, User Self-Service. For details about granting permissions for Exchange tasks, see https://www.adaxes.com/help/GrantPermissionsToPerformExchangeTasks.

Thanks a lot.

After that you have to make it visible for the user: https://www.adaxes.com/help/ConfigureExchangeTasks/#edit-exchange-properties
