Group creation - type

Hello,

how can I define the standard Group type when I want to create a group in adaxes.

If I use the button Create Group on the home screen the standard group type is set.

But if i want to create a group with another button it is not set to my standard.

It is set on Global. I want "Universal" and "Security" selected as standard.

How can I configure this?

Hello Fabian,

To achieve the desired, you need to specify the required value as default in your property patterns. For example, you can configure the built-in group property pattern as follows: image.png

Hi, Can I make the actions on the Home page that will create groups or distribution lists without the selection of type (like Global or Domain Local)? I'd like to make the type predefined, so that users didn't have to specify it.

Create group on account creation if it doesn't already exist

Hello, When a user account is created, we would like for that user to be added to a group whose name is based on a certain naming convention. If the group doesn't yet exist ... If that group doesn't exist, it will first create the group and then add the user.
