I specify that this action worked before the update to the new version. I created an action dedicated to the HR group in the user portal. image.png

I set the security rules for this users image.png

When the user go to the interface and select the action he doesn't see any users image.png

Has anything changed with the new version? Do I need to change any permissions or attributes? If I launch the action with my administration user it works correctly and I see all the users of the OU. Thanks, Simone

Hello Simone,

Yes, there were some changes in Adaxes 2023 that might cause the behaviour. For example, if you had the Web interface configured to display objects only based on an LDAP filer and no objects were directly added to the list. to remedy the issue, make sure that all the required types of objects are set to be displayed in the Web interface. For details, have a look at the following tutorial: https://www.adaxes.com/help/ControlObjectsDisplayedInWebInterface.
