Business Rules - Logical Operators

Question

Greetings!

Is there a way to have multiple logical operators in a business rule? I can create a rule with 'If this AND that AND the other thing, THEN do something'. But what I would like to do is 'IF this AND (that OR the other thing), THEN Do Something'

Is that possible without creating multiple business rules?

Basically what I am attempting to do is prevent our helpdesk staff from modifying group membership for a handful of sensitive AD groups.
