Could you, please, specify what version of Adaxes you are currently using? For information on how to check it, have a look at the following help article: https://www.adaxes.com/help/CheckServiceVersion.

Also, please, specify the version of the Adaxes Self-service client. It can be viewed in Windows Programs and Features.

Forcing "" around displaynames and email addresses with & in, or just getting a detailed error message.
