What specific permission is needed in a security role to grant access to enable a user account?

Hello,

There is no dedicated permission as enabling/disabling user accounts is about updating the corresponding flag in the Account Options property. As such, you need to grant the permissions to modify the entire property. For details, have a look at the following tutorial: https://www.adaxes.com/help/GrantRightsToModifyAccountOptions.
