Hi team,

I would like to add an action of having an input of Helpdesk Users, before adding someone to a group.

I tried to create business rule, running "before adding a member to a group" for specific subset of groups.

Then I call a custom command with input. This input needs to be set during config in backend and is never shown to users in portal.

Is this in any way achievable?

Thanks!

I found this old article, but was not very helpful: https://www.adaxes.com/questions/877/custom-scripts-user-input-at-running-time
