Disable ActiveSync

We recently came across an issue and would like to use Adaxes to resolve it and monitor going forward. We only allow certain users to access email via ActiveSync and would like to systematically turn it off for all users EXCEPT those in the AirWatch MDM controlled groups. We created the attached workflow but during testing, all four users were disabled instead of just the two that should have been. Please advise to our error.

Hello Jay,

According to the screenshot, Exchange ActiveSync will not be disabled only for users that are members of all mentioned groups. You need to change the logical operator to AND. To do so, just click one of the operators in the set of actions/conditions and save the changes.

ActiveSync Adaxes

Hello all, Just got a request to allow the option to enable ActiveSync from Adaxes web site. I was able to show the option in the web site however it is greyed-out. Can someone please let me know what I’m missing to be able to (enable/disable AS)??

I've the following Exchange powershell code which put ActiveSync devices in a blocked list, how to convert this to Adaxes? $DeviceIDs = Get-ActiveSyncDeviceStatistics -Mailbox $user | ... .g. import module?) so there's no need to convert scripts? Thnx Remco

Some Users Not Created w/ ActiveSync Enabled

Here's a strange one for you all. Some of our users are getting created with Activesync enabled, and some are getting created with it disabled. Both creations are done ... help to point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
