Website logging users out after password change

This happens very rarely, but occasionally when a user changes there password from the self service site they will be logged out from the site. This is confusing to our users because they can't tell if they changed their password or not and creates extra work for our admins. Is there a setting we need to change to stop this from happening?

Hello Spencer,

It looks like a replication issue. Can you check replication between your AD domain controllers, for example, using the following article by Microsoft: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/lib ... s.10).aspx?

Do you have any Business Rules triggering Before Changing Password of a User?

It looks like we narrowed it down to a script running after the password change. It was occurring when a user didn't have an email account associated with the their account. Our script didn't have a fall back for when a user didn't have an email address and it was causing this error.

Would like to know if we can remove the forget password link on Self-service login page or remove the ability for users to reset their password. We only want users to ... be able to change their password but not reset their password if they have forgotten it.

Password Change workflow that excludes certain words that users cannot use in a password

Does Adaxes all one to setup/configure a custom dictionary with chosen words that will prevent passwords beign set with these words? Example: Many people use "Welcome", "Password", ... set, even from an Admin side when the first password is set for an Account
