I am experiencing that I can no longer use computed results such as password expiration date, days left, and so on.

Is there any known cause of this?

I have confirmed...

  • that the service user account has permissions in Active Directory.
  • it is possible to view the password last set date when viewing the user object in the console.

I have noted the issue persists in...

Hello Daniel,

The column is showing no data.

What column do you mean? Please, provide a screenshot.

When sending an email through Scheduled Task, the parameter sends null data in the email.

Please, provide a screenshot of the scheduled task configuration and the action settings. Also, please, provide us with a screenshot of the Multi-server environment dialog. The dialog displays how many Adaxes services you have and what their versions are. For information on how to view it, see https://www.adaxes.com/help/MultiServerEnvironment.

You can post the screenshots here or send to us at support@adaxes.com.

Hello,

Sorry. I have resolved it myself when going in to take screenshots.

It appears I was doing wrong by attempting to receive the information from the Entra ID user account object.

It works when using the Active Directory user account object.

I'm no longer in need of any assistance with this. Sorry.

Hello Daniel,

Thank you for the confirmation, it is much appreciated. The behavior is expected with Microsoft Entra accounts due to the differences with Active Directory. For example, %adm-PasswordExpiresDaysLeft% value reference will resolve into an empty value.
