I previously had access to this area but when I now look at the area I can see All Requests > Pending but not My Requests or My Approvals.
when I attempt that I get the pop up "Failed to retrieve approval requests, You do not have permission to read properties of your AD account"
Can you point me to the role which must have changed to stop me accessing.
I've asked our other Admins and no one has made changes as far as I know.

Hello Alan,

It is not quite clear what you can/cannot see and where. Could you provide us with all the possible details? Also, could you specify the steps you take before the error message appears?

In the Console Tree under the Server, I access the Approval Requests branch.
When I select that I get a pop up error stating "Failed to Retrieve approval Requests
You do not have permissions to read properties of your AD account"
If I OK that message and then select All Requests from the Drop down I can see All requests.
I cannot however see "My Requests" or "My Approvals"
When I select those options the pop up error is repeated.

Hello Alan,

Thank you for clarifying. The issue occurs because you do not have permissions to read properties of your own account. By default, the permissions are granted by the built-in User Self-Service Security Role. For information on how to check Security Roles assigned to your account, have a look at the following help article: http://www.adaxes.com/help/?ManageSecur ... forms.html.

Thanks.
I'd managed to resolve the access as I'd been logged on as an Admin rather than currently logged on User (Doh!) but I can use the link to check some other problems I'm having.
Cheers
