I get this question quite a bit....

Our staff is used to being able to paste a well-formed listing of users into "Active Directory Users and Computers" when they are adding multiple users to a group. Since we are taking this tool away from them and replacing it with ADAxes, they complain that they now are restricted to adding a single user at a time.

Is there a way to do this (from the web interface)? If not, are you considering adding this ability in the future?

Thanks!

Update 2015

It is possible to select multiple new members when editing/viewing a group or using a dedicated Add to group action in the Web interface. For details about configuring Web interface actions, have a look at the following tutorial: https://www.adaxes.com/tutorials_WebInterfaceCustomization_ConfigureActionsPane.htm.

Hello,

We've had a lot of requests for this feature. It is in our TODO list with a very high priority. Hopefully it will be implemented in 2012.2. If not, we'll include it in one of the minor updates for 2012.2.

With Active Directory Users and Computers, I can add group members by copying a list of usernames and pasting them into the Add Members dialog box. This is very quick and easy. How can I do this with Adaxes? It seems that I can only add one member at a time.
