Request computer / inventory approval

Can AdAxess be customised to have requests for new inventory (x different models of laptops or cellphone) with approval routing to manager before submitting to helpdesk? With the option for manager to change the request before approval - lets say they are not allowed that hot i7 laptop but instead should only get a i5 based laptop, and the manager want to change that instead of having the user re-request the computer.

Also, can the request be prepopulated in the URL with values created earlier through another form in ADAxess? I'e the user info for new staff thats created after user creation is approved.
