I've recently installed new Adaxes servers in my environment. Following the instructions: http://www.adaxes.com/help/HowDoI.Manag ... ation.html

I've backed up the old web config, moved to the new web server, and have "Successfully" restored.
I must be missing something somewhere.
The restore did not restore the IIS sites in inetmgr, nor did the sub-site directories come over.

Do I need to manually move the sub-sites and reconfigure within inetmgr.

Hello,

Starting with Adaxes 2018.1 there is only one virtual directory for all Adaxes Web interfaces in IIS Manager. The directory is Adaxes. If you have directories left for old custom Web Interfaces, it is recommended to remove the directories. They do not get removed automatically when you uninstall Adaxes which is by design. Finally, you should have something like the following in IIS:

To check the list of Web Interfaces in your configuration, open Adaxes Web Interface Configurator (which is now web based and available via a URL like the following: http://host.company.com/AdaxesConfig) and expand the drop-down menu in the top left corner.

Thank you for your response, this is exactly what I was looking for, I have logged into the /AdaxesConfig site and I do see all of the different web interfaces.

Ok, now that I see where the new sites are, I am unable to access them via browser.
Getting a 404 and the detailed error is showing the physical path to the old location of the site directories.

Any suggestions would be fantastic.

Hello,

By default, all Web Interfaces in Adaxes 2018.1 and later use Sign In settings of the Common Sign In page. You can access the page using a URL like the following: http://host.company.com/Adaxes#/SignIn. If you want to access a specific Web Interface directly, use a URL like the following: http://host.company.com/Adaxes/HelpDesk/#/SignIn.
