I would like to be able to build a workflow whereby, after creating a user, a business rule will check certain user attributes/group memberships etc and then, if required, present - or redirect - to a further form for additional data capture.

For example, membership of certain groups may indicate that access will be provided to some resources for which additional information is required to be captured and some provisioning workflow initiated.

Can this be done automatically please - if not are there other ways that this could be achieved to make a 'joined up' process?

Thanks,
Bernie

Hello Bernie,

Unfortunately, there is no such possibility.

As a solution, you can add Adaxes custom attributes (e.g. CustomAttributeBoolean1) to the user creation form and specify values for the attributes during a user creation. Based on the attribute values, a Business Rule triggering After creating a user will perform corresponding actions or do nothing.

For information on how to customize Web Interface forms, have a look at the following tutorial: https://www.adaxes.com/tutorials_WebInt ... diting.htm.
Additionally, you can specify friendly display names for the custom attributes. For details, see https://www.adaxes.com/help/?HowDoI.Man ... Names.html.
