Is there a report that lists users NOT enrolled in Adaxes/a specific password self-service policy? I can't seem to find it in the console anywhere.

Thanks!

Hello Eric,

You can use the Enrollment report in Password Self-Service Statistics. To view the report:

  1. Launch Adaxes Administration Console.
  2. In the Console Tree, expand the service node.
  3. Navigate to Configuration\Password Self-Service and select Statistics.
  4. Select the Not enrolled filter.

Is there a way to export this information to Excel (xlsx or csv)?

Hello Eric,

Unfortunately, there is no possibility to export the statistics from Adaxes Administration Console. However, you can use the following script from our repository: https://www.adaxes.com/script-repositor ... ls-s79.htm.

I'm unable to come up with a pattern as to why certain users do not show up in Adaxes that are active in AD. Looking in one OU in particular and roughly 2/3 of the users in that OU do not appear in Adaxes. What could cause this? Version 3.7.13122.0 (64 bit)
