Hi,
How can I get only 1 mail with the Approval notifications in, instead of multiple?
I have a sheduled task to disable all inactive users after 90 days, and it should be approved.. but I don't want 1 mail per user..
Thanks.
Hello,
Unfortunately, there is no such possibility. As a workaround, you can use a PowerShell script to disable user accounts and request approval for the script execution. In this case, all the accounts that match your criteria will be disabled when a single request is approved.
As the title mentions, I'm trying to figure out a way to have HR apply multiple modifications on a user's account (change of position, title, department, phone, etc...) ... phone number (in the same form), it sends two approval requests. Thanks for your help!
I want to query all pending approval Request to check if there's already an pending request for a specific object. I can create a security Role with the needed rights, but cannot assign it to the scheduled task. is there any otther possibility to check?
How to deal with approval requests in a AD and AAD environment? I have recently created a workflow where I log on as a AD user and request to be a member of a AAD group, ... of member works despite the initial request was based on a AD user and not a AAD user.
I have have admin rights and am in the "Request Approvers" group. I have a dearth of old approval requests to delete. I saw I could not delete them until I denied them ... says I have "No approval requests." How can I delete these denied entries? Thanks, Scott
On Approval Requests, in the web console, Initiator shows "N/A" instead of the custom command scheduled task. The admin console shows the custom command scheduled task though. Any way to fix that?
