I would like to know more about Employeed ID. It appeards you can add this info in Adaxes but of course nothing shows in ADUC.

Is it truly in AD and only visible in Adaxes?

Can it be easily revealed in ADUC WITHOUT the nasty and lengthy alteration as detailed in many on-line articles? see http://pberblog.com/post/2009/06/21/Add ... splay.aspx

Hello,

Is it truly in AD and only visible in Adaxes?

Yes, the Employee ID property is stored in Active Directory and is defined in the Active Directory schema by default.

Can it be easily revealed in ADUC WITHOUT the nasty and lengthy alteration as detailed in many on-line articles?

No, unfortunately we don't know other ways.

Can adaxes enter both Employee # and Employee ID?

Yes, Adaxes allows you to enter both Employee Number and Employee ID properties.
