Really liking this product. Close to pulling the trigger on it. Just a couple questions concerning the Self Service section.

The Personal Title field. A normal user can edit it by default but what is entered doesn't seem to appear anywhere including AD and the Adaxes web interface (unless the user edits their profile again). I do see it using ADSI edit though. Could someone elaborate on what this field should be used for? Or if it is not used, the best way to remove it?

Also while working on this someone suggested that it would be nice while browsing AD in the self service if the user's picture could be displayed in the listing. I tried adding the picture field to the list of fields that get used, but the web page was unable to display it. More of a feature request I suppose.

Hello,

The Personal Title field is commonly used by various applications to generate e-mail messages. For example, when you configure Adaxes to automatically send e-mail notifications to users, you can specify the following in the message body:

Hello %personalTitle% %name%...
this will be replaced with something like
Hello Mr. John Doe

It is possible to specify a list of possible values (e.g. Mr., Mrs., Ms., Dr.) for this property using Property Patterns. In this case, users will be able to select appropriate value from a drop-down list. On how to do this, see Specify List of Departments to Avoid Repetitive Typing.

It is possible to remove the Personal Title field from the form using the Web Interface Customization Tool.

Bulk import pictures?

Is it possible to have Adaxes bulk import the user pictures? We already have the pictures in a directory named with the user's employeeid. Was hoping to import them using that to match. Thanks again for your help

User Provisioning: is there a way to show only the job titles based on the selected department?

During the creation of a new user I want to be able to select the job title from a drop-down list which populates different values based on which Department is selected. Is there a way to achieve this? Thanks. Dario.

How to Change Web Interface - Self Service/Help Desk Titles

Hi, how can I change Help Desk to something a little more specific like "Onboarding Portal"? Or a bit more catchy that our HR will like rather then see Help Desk in the left hand corner.
