I gone throught Adaxes License is based and its based on user. I wanted to understand, does the license user count is on technical assistance user or AD objects?
Adaxes is licensed in packages based on the number of enabled and not expired user accounts in your managed domain(s). It means that if an enabled and not expired user is located in a domain managed by Adaxes, it will be counted during license validation. It does not matter for what purposes the account is used.
If you need some accounts not to be counted during license validation, you can add them to the list of unmanaged accounts. For details, have a look at the following help article: https://www.adaxes.com/help/?HowDoI.ManageService.AddUsersToUnmanagedAccounts.html.

Hi Currently we have an Adaxes system set up for our Service Desk staff to log into and manage users / groups etc this is currently assigned by assigning the Service ... there be any limiting factors such as licencing requirements for this? Thanks in advance.
