Before Deactivation of an Account on the Webinterface our Help Desk need to change
the AD User Description manually. Is it possible to force a manual change before deactivation ?
Could you, please, specify how exactly deactivation is performed? If it is done via a Custom Command, you can use a parameter that should be filled in when executing the command and the text entered into the parameter will be added to the Description property of the user. I'd like to be able to either send an email report or export a CSV of all of the business rules carried out when a user is disabled. This would be ... Management Activity section but this includes things that weren't part of the disable operation. Thanks
We're trying to setup a new action in our Web interface that runs on User's that are currently in an OU called 'New Starters' that is in all of our domains (An ... no results, There are no other fields we can use that are unique to accounts in those OUs
In Web administration I created Action for editing mail enabled group, but default service account doesn have rights to modify exchange. Is it possible to just this one Action pick another account? As it is possible in Custom Command?
