Best way to auto-add users to cloud based groups?

Our users accounts are on-prem & synched through DirSync. Our distribution groups are cloud based only.

What's the best way to automatically to accomplish these task?

1. Add newly created users to the appropraite cloud based distribution groups automatically. ("All employee's" for example)
2. Dynamically add any existing users in a specific OU to a specific group on a set schedule? (to enforce the list being up to date if an account is created outside of adaxes)

Auto-Add/Remove to a Security Group Based on an AD Attribute

Is it possible to script having users added (or removed) from a Security Group based on another AD Attribute? I have found ways to do this in Powershell (something like): ... just utilize the PS script and just run it through Adaxes on a timed fashion? Thanks!

Is there a way to create new users, modify existing users or terminate users based on a scheduled CSV file received?

We are working with an HR package that will send us a CSV file every 4 hours with a list of users that need to be created, modified or deleted from our environment. The CSV ... change, etc.) Is there a script that can manage all of that on a scheduled basis?

Add users to full access to a shared mailbox based on their state

I would like to grab all users in a US state and add them with full access rights to a shared mailbox. Is there a script already in the repository for this? I checked but ... each user. I don't think there is any way to do this with the interface. Thanks!
