Hi I was wondering if disabling a user account in Adaxes, counts towards the license quota? If you have, say 2000 users, and have created 2000 accounts, but some of those ... do you actually have to delete an account to free up a license? Thanks for your help

On the Adaxes Selfservice portal we are having issues only some users can get into the portal. We have users with a secondary account for admin rights that only have access to ... year. Now it seems not be working. Any idea on why this is happening? Thanks

Hello, It seems Adaxes is not supporting accent (éàöä....). It replace these chars with ?. For example, when I send an email to users from a script all accents are replaced by ???. Is there a solution? Thanks.

This may be a dumb question, but If a user is enrolled in the Self Service password reset under a policy applied to a specific OU, what happens when the user is moved ... policy? Are they prevented from using the service at all or simply not allowed to enroll?
