Challenge

One of the largest issues we faced in our Active Directory domain was making sure all of our user data is accurate and pristine. Having multiple websites and services relying on correct user data in Active Directory has been a struggle of fixing constant misspellings and missing phones numbers. Security with our clients is also an issue, managing user permissions to hundreds of client folders has been a very manual and tedious task for my entire department.

Solution

Adaxes has resolved multiple headaches with our Active Directory. With the automation and business roles I am now able to have my help desk create a new user, automate adding to the correct security groups, distribution groups, assign the license on our Office 365 Tenant. I no longer have to verify that the process was done correctly. After my Help Desk creates the user, Adaxes fixes any mistakes and makes sure my Organization Units are always clean and perfect.
