uninstall license

Greetings!

I have an eval license that expired, and was given a new one to continue the evaluation.

I'm following this doc: http://adaxes.com/help/ActivateLicenseKey/

However, when I look at the properties of the service node the license info is grayed out and I do not have the option to Activate

Is there a manual process that can uninstall the old expired license and get me back on track to activate the new evall license?

Hello,

Thank you for the provided screenshot. According to it, you are using an old version of Adaxes while the instructions you referenced are only for the latest version of Adaxes. To activate your license key:

  1. Unzip the license.zip archive.
  2. Navigate to the folder where Adaxes service is installed, which is C:\Program Files\Softerra\Adaxes 3\Service by default.
  3. Open the License folder.
  4. Copy your license key file (license.admlic) to the folder.
  5. Restart Adaxes service.

Note: If you have multiple instances of Adaxes service sharing common configuration, activate your license key for each instance.

Hello, I'm unable to get the Adaxes Service to uninstall. I see this error on the step "Unregistering Adaxes Service" I've tried restarting the Adaxes service and clicking ... removing the service? I searched the site and the forums but came up with nothing.

How to give every existing user that has a particular Microsoft 365 license a different one in Adaxes?

Email alert for expiration of Adaxes license

Is there a way to get an email alert before the Adaxes lisense expires? Ex.: our license expires 13.09.2025 and would like an alert to be sent 14 days before this date.
