When the help desk is trying to create a user, they get and error that has our domain info in it. When a System Admin attempts to create an account, it goes though with no issue. No changes to permissions have been made. Running v2021.1

Hello Matthew,

How exactly are users created when the error message occurs? Do system admins and help desk use the very same Web interface to create new accounts? Any additional details and screenshots will be much appreciated. You can post them here or send to support@adaxes.com.
